We were at the hotel due to a flight cancellation by Aeromexico. Your hotel had to accomodate a whole flight of exasperated passengers who had been misdirected and confused for about 6 hours by the time we arrived. Your staff were calm, efficient and professional, which is what we all needed. The rooms were very comfortable for the few hours we had to rest before dealing with more Aeromexico debacles. I want to particularly commend Fernando, the young man who helped us with the shuttle. He has excellent personal skills. He said all of the right things to help a group of people who felt like we had been in the twilight zone and were in combat mode to calm down and feel safe. He was very organized and thoughtful. He has great potential and deserves praise.
Also, very comfortable beds with lots of pillows, and nice modern bathrooms with good water pressure and temperature.
The atmosphere is a bit stark. I prefer artistic elements and old world charm, and this hotel feels a bit like a scene from the Hunger Games. Still, very comfortable for an airport hotel.

The on-site gym is spacious and well equipped (perfect to relax before a flight), the food at the Italian restaurant was good. The staff was very agreeable and helpful. Quick connection to the airport terminals. I will stay here again.

Free convenient and quick airport shuttle, courteous and professional staff, comfortable rooms, the best option when catching an early flight!
It would have been nice to have a better tv channel selection.
